Public Agreement

The Charitable Foundation "Hold My Hand," hereinafter referred to as the "Foundation," on one side, and any individual or legal entity who has joined this Agreement by making a charitable contribution, hereinafter referred to as the "Donor," on the other side, have entered into this Public Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regarding:

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The subject of this Agreement is the provision by the Donor of voluntary charitable assistance to the Foundation for the purpose of fulfilling its statutory objectives, specifically: providing targeted support to lonely and low-income retirees who are beneficiaries of the Foundation.

2. Procedure for Providing Charitable Assistance

2.1. The Donor voluntarily makes a charitable contribution in an amount they deem appropriate to the Foundation’s account, the details of which are provided on the Foundation's official website.
2.2. Charitable contributions are allocated to assist all beneficiaries of the Foundation according to the priority of their needs, which are determined and managed by the Foundation's leadership.
2.3. In the event of surplus charitable contributions, they are reserved for future needs of current and future beneficiaries of the Foundation.
2.4. Charitable contributions are non-refundable.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Foundation is obligated to use the received charitable contributions solely for the achievement of the statutory goals specified in Section 1.1 of this Agreement.
3.2. The Foundation has the right to publish reports on the use of charitable contributions on its official website and/or in other public sources.
3.3. The Donor has the right to receive information about the use of their contribution by requesting it from the Foundation or by reviewing the Foundation’s public reports.

4. Liability of the Parties

4.1. The Parties are responsible for fulfilling their obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.

5. Other Terms

5.1. This Agreement is a public offer and becomes effective from the moment the Donor makes a charitable contribution.
5.2. Any disputes arising in connection with the performance of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations, and if an agreement cannot be reached, in accordance with the procedures established by the current legislation of Ukraine.
5.3. The Foundation has the right to make changes to this Agreement without prior consent from the Donor. All changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Foundation's official website.
